All dealings with Sydney Signature Experiences ("the Company") are governed by these Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel a tour where necessary, but will make reasonable efforts to run tours as advertised.
All participants must hold a valid booking confirmation or gift voucher. Entry may be refused if a voucher is invalid, altered, or not purchased through an authorised channel. Participants must let their guide know, before the tour begins, of any medical or physical condition that may affect their ability to complete the tour (for example, mobility issues, heart conditions, or other health concerns), so the guide can advise whether the tour is suitable. On food tours, participants must also advise their guide of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before the tour begins, as tastings are provided by third-party vendors and the Company cannot guarantee any dish is free of a particular allergen. Participants take part at their own risk.
The Company may refuse participation to any person at its discretion. Where a person is refused for reasons other than those in Section 2, they will be reimbursed the ticket price.
Participants must follow the guide's instructions and must not disrupt other guests or interfere with the guide's ability to run the tour safely.
The Company may photograph or film participants during the tour and use these images for marketing purposes, including on our website and social media, unless a guest lets their guide know beforehand that they'd prefer not to be included. Photographs and video taken by the Company remain our property and are not to be used commercially by participants without our written permission.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, in Australian dollars, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour, and no-shows, are not refundable. If the Company cancels a tour (for example, due to unsafe weather or low numbers), guests may choose a full refund or rebooking to another available date.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. They must be redeemed, and the tour taken, within 12 months of the date of purchase. Vouchers must not be resold or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in a tour, including where caused by a guest's failure to follow the guide's instructions or by a pre-existing medical condition. Certain consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded; nothing in these Terms excludes those guarantees, and our liability in relation to them is limited, to the extent the law allows, to re-supplying the service or refunding its cost.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the Company and each participant submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
